Gone are the days when academic programmes alone were the only activities in the college and all students focused on it. With the changing trend, we have noticed a major difference in the field of academics too. Students don’t want to be bookworms, they look for other options that could help them in the future. Extracurricular activities play a vital role in the life of students. Participation in cultural activities play an integral role in the personality of students to increase opportunities for social interaction and new relationship development. These activities are group-oriented which have students from different niches, which give them a chance to know more about people of different passions and cultures. Besides, they can also find clubs or groups that share similar social, religious or even entertainment interest for socialization. Interaction with people of different backgrounds helps in development of interpersonal skills of students.
Aims and Objectives :
• To provide a platform for students to bring out, exhibit anddevelop various latent talents of the students.
• To inculcate team spirit and account for personality overall personality development of students.
• Imparting capabilities of the students to work as and raising their level of self confidence in interacting with fellow students and peers.
